Warranty Information

XGIMI warrants the XGIMI-brand hardware product purchased on the XGIMI official website against defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the end-user purchase. Please register your purchase at https://www.xgimi.com/en/user/warranty immediately after you receive the product. If you have any questions about claiming your warranty, please contact us at service@xgimi.com.

14 Days Effortless Return & Exchange Policy

● Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

● A new product may replace the product if the original item has a manufacturing defect within 14 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address.

● Please contact service@xgimi.com first for detailed guidance of return and exchange. Once the returned item arrives back in the XGIMI warehouse for inspection, we will start the refund or exchange process.

Return & Exchange Requirements

● Return items must be shipped to XGIMI designated shipping address

● Return items must include original packaging

● Returns must include all accessories

● For non-quality warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

● For non-quality warranty claims, XGIMI will refund the cost of the product itself

- Invoice or receipt include purchasing platform and date

● XGIMI shall have the right to reject the return if the product does not meet the above requirements

Warranty Claim for Quality Issue Within ONE (1) YEAR

● XGIMI warrants the XGIMI-brand hardware product purchased on the XGIMI official website against defects in materials and quality under regular use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR from the date of the end-user purchase.

● For quality-related warranty claims, items will be replaced with a factory refurbished unit of equal value.

● Warranties on all replacements follow the same warranty timeframe of the original defective item

● Please contact us with the following information for verification, please note more type of proof of purchase and problem may be required such as videos or pictures for identifying the product

Buyer in the following situations will cover shipping costs:

● Damage caused by force majeure such as accident, disaster or war.

● Damage caused by misuse behaviors, misuse behaviors include:

- Collision and burning accidents caused by human-made but not caused by product quality problems occur.

- products that have been modified, repaired, upgraded firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by XGIMI.

- Damage caused by modifying, repairing, upgrading firmware on one’s own or by a third party not authorized by XGIMI.

- Damage caused by other accessories using simultaneously with the product but not included in the product packaging.

- Damage caused by using without following instructions.

- The serial number, factory label, warranty certificate and other marks on the product are torn or altered.

- Damage caused by misusing, collision, dropping, extreme temperatures, negligence, abusing, fluid intake, dampness, accident, alteration, incorrect installation, operating devices improperly.
